Marketing & Communications Manager
We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join the team at The Biltmore Mayfair. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the hotel's visibility and promoting its image, services, and offerings to a broad audience, including the general public, guests, and the local community.
As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a key role in securing positive media exposure, building a strong market presence, and fostering relationships with the press and local partners. Your efforts will help elevate the hotels profile and ensure ongoing engagement across multiple platforms.
Marketing & Communications Manager responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all marketing activities
* Take charge of public relations efforts, including driving media coverage and coordinating top-tier media visits
* Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with reputable brands
* Take ownership of the F&B marketing strategy, working closely with the Food & Beverage team to create campaigns that drive revenue growth for all outlets, including the hotels restaurants and bars. Your role will involve identifying opportunities to increase footfall and maximize table bookings.
* Manage the social media accounts for the hotel, restaurants and bars, ensuring consistent content creation and scheduling
* Assist all hotel departments in creating in-house marketing collateral, including overseeing the design and printing of all F&B menus
* Lead website updates, including seasonal landing pages.
* Ensure all revenue streams receive marketing support in a timely manner
Marketing & Communications Manager will have:
* Proven experience as a Marketing & Communications Manager, ideally within a luxury hotel or similar-sized property.
* A strong track record in developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth.
* Proficiency in design and photo editing software (Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) is a plus.
* A collaborative team player who is adaptable, resourceful, and thrives under pressure.
* High energy, quick-thinking, and a proactive, innovative mind set.
* A passion for motivating and inspiring others, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

The Biltmore Mayfair opened in September 2019, after undergoing a multi-million-pound redevelopment.
