Job Description Role: UGC Manager Location: Swansea 09:00-18:00 (Monday -Friday) Salary: £30,000-£35,000 plus a company wide bonus ALL WIN TOGETHER LOSE TOGETHER UGC Manager: Responsabilities Delivering UGC on time and consistently to the E-commerce team Ensuring the delivery of UGC is delivered on time to the E-commerce team to ensure our sponsored ads have new content which is exciting for consumers. This will bring the best ROI and support the sales function directly. ROI on gifting Building relationships with influential people to bring an ROI through brand awareness. An ROI will include TikTok’s, Reels and story mentions about our products - the more, the better Consistent Comms with Line manager, Ecommerce team and wider marketing team. Consistent communication with line manager about successes, upcoming projects and challenges. Communication with the E-commerce team and marketing team to ensure we are always supporting each teams goals. Sending team wide emails and presenting to team about previously successes, hurdles and way to overcome these in the future. Increase Brand awareness through a gifting strategy. Developing and presenting a gifting / UGC plan surrounding our product launches and merchandise drops. This will include creating creative gifting packages, lists for gifting and a list of UGC creators outlining the content they are going to produce. Liaising with the Head of Creative Creative gifting lies with our creative team to produce and manufacture the gifting boxes for the product. Our UGC manager should give their expertise on what they think influencers will post and want to share. Give the Head of Creative deadlines for concepts, manufacturing and delivery of these gifting boxes. Minimum Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content management. Strong skills in content curation, social media, and community engagement. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Knowledge of brand voice, community guidelines, and UGC copyright considerations.
