Axcis are seeking a KS2 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide targeted English and Maths interventions, supporting a pupil’s learning and development on a one-to-one basis.
Location: Bury
Start: ASAP
Length of role: Temp to perm
Pay: £83.40 – £95.00 depending on experience and responsibilities
Role Overview:
1. Provide one-to-one support for a KS2 pupil in English and Maths
2. Deliver tailored interventions to boost confidence and progress
3. Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to track development
4. Create a positive and supportive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience working with KS2 pupils (preferred but not essential)
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
3. A patient, supportive, and encouraging approach
4. Understanding of English and Maths interventions (desirable)
