About the Team The Art Director leads the Creative Studio and design execution for the product's visual outputs, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand identity. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, marketers, developers, and executives, to create designs that align with business goals and user needs. This role involves a mix of creative leadership, hands-on design, and team management to deliver high-quality visual content that resonates with the target audience and enhances the overall user experience. About the Role Creative Leadership Define and maintain the visual style and brand identity across all touchpoints, including product interfaces, marketing website and videos. Raise the quality bar (sweat the details) through well-crafted highly expressive visual and interactive elements. Develop innovative and user-centric design concepts that align with the product's objectives and target audience. Translate complex ideas and product features into compelling visual stories. Approve final designs, ensuring they meet technical requirements and creative standards. Team Management Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, illustrators, and other creatives. Provide constructive feedback and ensure alignment with the company’s creative vision. Manage workload distribution, timelines, and quality control across projects. Collaboration Work closely with UX/UI designers, marketing/brand and developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, or freelancers when needed. Strategic Contribution Contribute to the development of long-term brand and product design strategies. Stay updated on design trends, user behavior insights, and competitor analysis to refine creative outputs. Advocate for design-led thinking within the company to elevate product and brand perception.
