We are EATON What you'll do: Our Commercial Buildings Team seeks a Sales Manager to lead, develop and manage the power distribution sales team within the UK business. She /he will be working closely with the peers leading sales for other business lines, business units, marketing teams and the commercial back office to drive profitable growth, acquiring share through integrated business development activities. The scope of target customers of the manager is end clients, consultants, contractors & panel builders. Job Responsibilities: - Have to be acting as the leader of sales community owning a core element of Eaton's Commercial building portfolio and being responsible for development of them. - Being responsible for expanding the sales team and business resilience & succession. - Being responsible for sales drive and efficiency, such as advocating, coaching and driving adoption of digital tools to achieve efficiency and effectiveness - Being responsible for driving electrical wholesale pull activities with target customers, providing demand generation via specification and contractors - Being responsible for penetration of panel builder partners via our partner programme, focusing on demand generation and geographical coverage - Being responsible for growing of width of wallet by helping to identify opportunities for Eatons EV charging and Energy storage solutions - Working with energy transition business units to execute key strategic projects which fit our commercial buildings strategy in the UK - Driving forecasting cadence and accuracy to ensure alignment of supply chain with customer needs - Understanding of the competitive market landscape, key customer and needs, contributes to new offer creation and launch processes - Capability of close working relationships with the UK marketing team to drive strategic plans of new customer acquisition, retention and growth - Being able to work with CRM analytics, insight and coaching on activity rates, pipeline build, and conversion rates in order to achieve targets - Ensuring the highest level of Ethical behavior and safety standards are implemented and aligned with Eaton's Culture Qualifications: - Business degree or further/college education - Minimum 5 years sales experience, of which a min of 2 years in a sales leadership role and experience in a B2B environment in construction or technology is preferred.
