We're looking for an Energy and Carbon Coordinator to join our team in Gloucester. This role will cover both of our sites. You'll be developing and implementing strategies to reduce our carbon footprint, developing best practice guides, reduction plans, and communicating industry trends. You'll engage with everyone from executives to operational teams, ensuring our energy and carbon strategy is embedded throughout the business. You'll have opportunities to learn and progress, with investment being made on site it's an exciting time to join our growing local team.

1. Market knowledge: Understanding of the UK / Global energy markets and financial levers.
2. Commercially minded: Able to build, assess and improve business cases and financial profiles including innovative approaches.
3. Technologically astute: has awareness of the energy technology sector and the energy construction services market.
4. Creative: Able to innovate and to instigate and assess new ideas.
5. Organised: Able to coordinate and drive people to a common goal to meet deadlines required.
6. Excellent Communicator: Present outputs with clarity and credibility through written and verbal presentations.
7. Work Experience: Successful track record in a similar capacity or demonstrable success in delivering projects in a consultative environment.
8. Experience of stakeholder engagement.
9. Hands on experience of road mapping.
10. A professional, team-oriented, relationship-oriented approach to managing successful, long-term stakeholders' engagements.
11. Knowledge of energy and carbon markets standards and regulatory schemes.
12. Education/Certification: Degree level qualification in any discipline or equivalent essential.
