Here’s what we offer: Competitive Salary Discounted Holidays at our picturesque UK holiday parks Discounted Meals at on-site restaurants 30 Days Holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 35 days with service Company Sick Pay Pension Scheme & Life Assurance Hybrid Working (3 days in office, 2 from home) Ongoing Training & Development to grow your skills Be part of a company with 90 years of family values and a commitment to sustainability What You’ll Do As a Marketing Executive, you will: Update Websites & Listings: Refresh landing pages, add homes for sale across our websites and third-party channels Provide Copywriting: Deliver brand-aligned text for promotional content and marketing collateral Collaborate with Park Teams: Understand and plan activity to meet park-specific marketing material needs Manage Creative Briefs: Brief both internal and external designers, prioritise workloads, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery Maintain Brand & Messaging: Communicate key messages consistently and engagingly across stakeholder groups Develop & Edit Materials: Create promotional pieces and park literature; proof content for style and accuracy Support Budget Management: Raise, receipt, and process purchase orders and invoices in line with the marketing budget Align Marketing Efforts: Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent customer activity and communications Assist with Social Media: Help manage our social media business account, guiding park social media champions and sales teams on best practices Enhance SEO: Contribute to improvements on owned channels, maintaining strong brand visibility Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a self-starter who can balance creative thinking with practical execution. Ideally, you’ll bring: 2 Years’ Experience in a similar marketing role Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Experience with Website CMS & CRM Systems Proven Track Record managing briefs and design/content deliverables on time Attention to Detail for proofing materials, managing budgets, and ensuring brand alignment Flexibility & Resilience to adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage budgets day-to-day, including using a PO system Desirable Skills Degree-level education or equivalent in Marketing/related field (beneficial, not essential) Experience in travel, leisure, or hospitality, especially with an exclusive or luxe focus Hands-on social media platform management (planning, scheduling, metrics) Hands-on experience with multimedia production (photo, video, 3D tours) familiarity of managing website content: Wordpress CMS would be beneficial knowledge of membership marketing Why Choose Haulfryn?
