Recreation Assistant (Front of House)
Fixed Term Contract (March until June 2025): 20.62 hours per week, £12.85 - £13.05 per hour
Shift: Mon 13.45 – 21.00, Tues 16.00 – 19.15, Wed 6.45 – 14.00 and every other Saturday 7.45 – 16.00

As a Recreation Assistant (dryside) you will:
* Be based around the reception area and enjoy making a difference to every person who walks through our doors, be it with your warm welcome or through selling them a membership to enhance their lifestyle.
* Answer the phones, process bookings and payments through our XN computer system.
* Answer any queries, provide advice, information and help our customers of all ages by providing a high level of customer focused service delivery.

* Must take pride in your work, always be punctual, organised and totally reliable
* A team player
* Be computer literate and be able to learn and retain new information
