For the successful HR Advisor our client is offering:
£38,000 p/annum
Monday to Friday (flexitime, core office hours 10-3)
Permanent Role

The role - HR Advisor :
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
Coach and support managers to conduct effective investigations and support the implementation of solutions to employee relations issues
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all ER matters.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans
Stay updated with changes in employment law and HR best practices
What our client is looking for in a HR Advisor:
Qualified to CIPD Level 5 - DESIREABLE
HR Advisory Experience - 3 years minimum experience - ESSENTIAL
Employee Relations Experience and exposure within an advisory role - ESSENTIAL
Able to demonstrate a consultative approach to support managers with ER processes
Able to apply flexibility with hours to occasionally support night shift managers where necessary
Travel to Corwen Site until April 2025 then sites will merge to one large site in Wrexham.
