What you do We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Transformation Project Manager to join our global HR Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and steering the overall HR Transformation, including the implementation of key enablers of our strategy. You will contribute to delivering simplified and automated processes, expanding the Shared Services Center, and enhancing our transition towards a data-driven organization. This role offers the opportunity to roll out global initiatives across 46 countries, working closely with local HR teams. It is a chance to make a meaningful impact on a global scale while driving success across diverse teams worldwide. Detailed responsibilities: Assist in overseeing and tracking the HR project portfolio Support the delivery of simplified and automated processes, ensuring a positive impact on productivity, user experience, and employee experience. Help coordinate and drive the implementation of global strategic cross-functional projects, including: HR Portal rollout: Steering the HR content collection and preparation, ensuring adoption by HR teams, and supporting the rollout of the AskHR chatbot functionality. HR Ticketing system: Deploying key HR admin services, including onboarding services, to improve efficiency and user experience. Shared Service Center expansion, including onboarding admin support in all countries Definition of the global Skills Management framework Support on other key strategic HR initiatives What you bring Proven experience in program/project steering. Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Knowledge of HR processes Knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or ServiceNow is a plus Experience working with Power Automate (or similar) is a plus Strong understanding of operating expenses, cost optimization, budgeting, and expense control Proficiency in English.
