We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist to provide a welcoming and high-quality customer service experience to everyone who engages with our reception area!
The Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist welcomes clients and other stakeholders into the organization by assessing needs and eligibility, scheduling new client intakes, connecting clients to internal services, providing information and referrals to external resources, and maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk experience. What You Will Do
1. Manage the daily operations of the front desk 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday; this is a 100% onsite role
2. Welcome clients, volunteers, donors, partners, and other community members to our building, providing exceptional customer service
3. Respond to the needs of walk-in clients with a trauma-informed approach and facilitate their connection to internal and external programs and resources
4. Answer phones, respond to emails, scan and email documents, send and receive faxes related to agency work
5. Assess client needs and eligibility, use Outlook to schedule Client Intakes, and gather basic contact information for the Intake & Referral team
6. Provide clients with required documents to review and sign before their intakes as well as at annual renewal time; upload program documents into the client database
7. Translation – verbal and written documents

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish

3. High level of computer proficiency
4. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
