We are seeking a passionate & friendly individual to join our Gift Department team here at Darts Farm. We are a nationally award-winning food & lifestyle destination with a large food hall, multiple eateries, wellness spa, vineyard & lifestyle departments. Our gift department champions local craftspeople & small independent businesses who are passionate about quality, sustainability & natural beauty.
You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service & representing our Darts Farm values. The role is versatile, with a primary focus on delivering customer service on the shop floor, merchandising displays, operating tills & managing stock.
Ideally this will be a full-time role, however there is scope for a part-time opportunity if circumstances require (minimum 3 days per week, including a day on the weekend).
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Providing support to the Gift Department Manager
* Placing orders and building relationships with our suppliers
* Merchandising and creating effective seasonal displays
* Hands-on role with all aspects of operations
* Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
