Role Overview:
Join our dynamic Deliveries team as a Fleet Operations Administrator! You'll be the vital link between GT Fleet and our customers, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees and managing long-term vehicle needs. From liaising with suppliers to handling fleet admin, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. This is a great development opportunity for someone who wants to join Galliford Try!
What You’ll Do:
1. Coordinate onboarding vehicle arrangements for new employees.
2. Manage long-term commercial vehicle orders and supplier relationships.
3. Ensure timely van conversions and prompt deliveries.
4. Assist with Car Benefit Scheme queries.
5. Support the Fleet Helpdesk with general inquiries and admin tasks.
What You Bring:
1. Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
2. Strong team player with a proactive approach.
3. Experience in Fleet Management or Vehicle Rental.
4. Familiarity with the Key2 vehicle management system is a plus, but not essential as we can train you on the system.
