CRM MANAGER - LONDON UP TO £80,000 THE COMPANY We are working exclusively with a high-growth competition business on their first CRM hire. THE ROLE The successful CRM Manager responsibilities will include: Manage end-to-end customer acquisition and retention processes, analysing data to understand customer behaviour, channel preferences, and subscription motivations Enhance lead nurturing strategies to increase conversion rates, focusing on optimizing onboarding processes and improving overall subscriber experience Oversee the design and execution of email campaigns, SMS communications, and emerging channels like WhatsApp, ensuring cohesive and engaging messaging aligned with customer preferences Utilise Klayvio to segment audiences, personalize communications, and drive engagement through targeted campaigns YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful CRM Manager will have the following skills and experience: Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management Experience with Klayvio, Braze or similar platforms Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on data analysis and campaign execution Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, thriving in a team-oriented culture focused on growth and achievement.
