This is a hybrid role (Oxfordshire), and we look forward to hearing from Talent Acquisition Partners or Recruitment Consultants with experience recruiting for roles within the advanced manufacturing or equivalent sectors. You will be enthusiastic about proactive recruitment and sourcing, business partnering, increasing candidate experience, and ensuring inclusivity at all stages of the recruitment process.
Our Oxfordshire site is a world leader in the design and manufacture of superconducting magnets for MRI scanners.
Your role:
* Be the lead recruiter within our Oxfordshire facilities
* Develop and conduct direct sourcing strategies for diverse talent
* Recruit for a breadth of departments including Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, IT, Digitalisation, EHS, Finance, Service and Logistics
* Coach and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
* Build talent pipelines
Your expertise:
* Good knowledge of recruiting for a range of functions within advanced manufacturing, engineering or technical roles
* Organised, structured and able to meet deadlines
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Diverse sourcing strategy experience
