Overview of the role: Liaise and coordinate the Service/WPC activity for all NPIP projects (120 live projects), to ensure machine quality, dealer readiness and aftermarket support for new machine launches. Including the international support and management on India, US and China projects ensuring that the export markets are prepared and supported by JCB Liaise 9 functional teams within Service to support the launch of projects and lead the communication between the teams and group functions Lead the Quality Glide Path activity to drive quality performance on new machines. Liasing with Engineering, Quality and Operations to ensure all carryover problem parts are captured and contained on the new machine launch. Report the Service status across all projects – face of the division in cross functional activity Support the workflow and scheduling across Technical Training, Livelink and TechPubs by advising on project priority and critical timing Technical Training Calander development with the inclusion of new courses required to support new machines Process improvements to make the project delivery more efficient or to increase the quality of the end product (aftermarket experience or physical machine) Support gate meetings with providing an accurate status, escalating any issues internally to Service or to other functions Your workload: 120 live projects, working cross functionally with UK, India, US, China.
