Regional Commercial Manager - North East
Location: North East England including Scotland & Northern Ireland

As a Regional Commercial Manager, you will:
1. Use your commercial knowledge and tactical business planning to drive sales growth, year on year, in line with our sales and marketing strategy, by proactively developing new partnerships to embed L&R products and our value added service within NHS providers and the private sector.
2. Seek out, identify, build and maintain influential healthcare partnerships with strategic decision makers within the NHS and key decision makers in the UK healthcare market.
3. Manage new business opportunities through effective commercial and market data analysis.
Key customers will include: Tissue Viability, Procurement and Medicines Management in addition to; Strategic decision makers (non-clinical and clinical) in the NHS, including, but not limited to: Directors, Senior Management, Heads of Services, Locality Leads.
What will you need:
1. Passion about wound care and compression therapy and proven sales or influencing experience and knowledge, ideally within the UK Healthcare market or other fast-moving markets.
2. Demonstrable sales and commercial experience of promoting and influencing wound care and compression therapy products to strategic and senior decision makers in the NHS and UK healthcare market.
3. Ability to take full accountability for growing and securing your business.
4. Tenacity, self-drive and goal-oriented approach.
5. Agility & curiosity.
6. Effective objection handling, influencing and persuasive skills.
7. Excellent communication skills: active listener, confident presenter and ability to adapt approach and communicate effectively via an OMNI-channel approach.
8. Commercial and strategic thinking.
9. Analytical data skills.
10. Good planning and organising skills; the ability to utilise your commercial knowledge and data to effectively and efficiently plan your territory and maximise your time.
11. To reside and predominantly work in the North East of England and able to travel and provide support in Scotland & Northern Ireland.
12. Flexibility to stay away from home, on occasion, due to the nature of the role.
13. A full valid driving licence.
