About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team in the North of England. This is a pivotal role within our organization, where you will lead a team of 20+ skilled engineers in the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and minor repairs, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of 20+ engineers to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
* Ensure compliance with SLAs through effective planning and coordination.
* Develop and implement robust processes for proactive and reactive maintenance.
* Collaborate with contract management teams to align operations with client expectations.
* Manage budgets and drive cost efficiency without compromising service standards.
* Uphold strict health and safety protocols in all aspects of service delivery.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and support to your team to foster professional growth and high performance.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Proven leadership experience in an engineering role within the Hard FM or building services industry.
* Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical services.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve operational goals.
* Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges effectively.
* Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on collaboration and client satisfaction.
