As the Head of Security Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our corporate sales strategy and achieving revenue targets. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in corporate sales leadership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing corporate sales team, creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving the acquisition and retention of corporate clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery, enhancing the overall customer experience. Analyse market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
