Job summary
We are looking for an 8 session ANP to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) plays a pivotal role in enhancing the level of care provided to patients through advanced practice interventions. This role involves autonomously managing complete episodes of clinical care across all age groups and all demographics, encompassing a wide range of clinical conditions, diagnosing, treating, and referring patients as appropriate. The ANP operates within a multi-disciplinary team and is instrumental in mentoring and supporting both nursing staff and trainee practitioners.
Key responsibilities include the application of advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat, and advise patients across a variety of settings including face to face, telephone video and e-consultations, ensuring the use of evidence-based practice. The ANP will also lead in the development of new services and pathways to improve the quality of care and patient outcomes. This role requires dynamic clinical leadership and active participation in practice research activities to promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the practice.

We are a historic mining town that is recognised as a Deep-end surgery due to the socioeconomic structure of the population.

1. Clinical Skills:
2. Extensive experience in managing complete episodes of clinical care
3. Advanced clinical skills in a primary care setting with proficiency in using clinical diagnostic tools and conducting complex clinical procedures.

16. Masters degree in advanced Practice, or equivalent post-graduate qualification, or full accreditation or eportfolio.
17. Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or other regulatory body as appropriate.
