We are currently seeking applications from qualified and experienced chefs for the position of Demi/Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team at The Brasserie. The ideal candidate should possess a culinary qualification to at least Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level, accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar high-end hotel or restaurant setting.
