Job Title: HR Advisor (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Are you a passionate and proactive HR professional with a strong foundation in HR advisory? We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our team in Birmingham on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role:
In this key role, you will provide expert HR advice and guidance, supporting managers and employees across a range of HR matters. This includes employee relations, policy implementation, and recruitment support. You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of a positive and effective HR service during this critical period.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
2. Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
3. Support recruitment processes, including on-boarding and induction.
4. Assist in the implementation and updating of HR policies.
5. Contribute to the development of HR projects and initiatives.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring:
1. A Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
3. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
