Job Description
As a Treasury Advisory Manager within the Advisory team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, value-driven advice to clients. This position is ideal for someone who has prior experience within financial services/corporate or treasury advisory and who is ready to step into an advisory role within a dynamic advisory environment. The role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client relationship management.
* Delivering internal audit and advisory engagements
* Collaborate with clients in corporate and financial services sectors to develop and implement treasury strategies addressing key financial risks, including liquidity management, FX exposure, interest rate risk, and prudential risk management.
* Advise clients on treasury technology solutions, such as treasury management systems (TMS), to enhance efficiency and control.
* Conduct treasury health checks, bench-marking, and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement.
* Opportunity to get involved in projects providing advisory support on prudential risk, including capital adequacy, liquidity coverage, and stress testing requirements for financial services clients.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
* Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge advice.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in corporate treasury, financial risk management, or treasury advisory roles, ideally at a Senior Treasury Analyst or Junior Treasury Manager level.
* Technical knowledge in areas such as cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, FX risk, debt management, prudential risk, and treasury operations.
* Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) and related technology solutions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver practical, client-focused solutions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACT, AMCT, ACA, ACCA, CFA) preferred but not essential.
* Experience working in a client-facing advisory role or similar consultancy environment is advantageous.
