Role Overview We are seeking a Broker Support Administrator to join our team in Nuneaton, with the option to work from our headquarters in Peterlee. This role is ideally more office-based, and internal applications are encouraged. If you have solid administrative experience along with excellent communication and organisational skills, this could be a great opportunity for you Main responsibilities Dealing with inbound calls from Brokers Answering queries via emails Actioning and co-ordinating quotes and dealing with any queries Generating new quotes Notifying Broker of any sale rejections Onboarding new Brokers/TPIs Any other admin duties to support the sales office What We’re Looking For Exceptional attention to detail Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills The enthusiasm to overcome challenges and talk about Everflow with passion and pride Strong relationship building skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people Utilities industry knowledge (desirable not essential) Working to a high standard with good timekeeping Ability to prioritise and manage own workload The ability to cope well under pressure Self-motivated and a team player IT Literacy (Microsoft Office) Salesforce knowledge Flexibility with hours during busy periods
