As you will be joining as an AR, you will trade as your own brand and be able to have flexibility to design your own charging structure, offering fully independent financial planning advice. Therefore, building your own business, with you at the helm, whilst getting full support on compliance matters that are handled in-house, including the Gabriel reports undertaken by the firm. To be able to operate within this model, you should have ability to generate at least £15m AUM with desire to grow this further. They have full open architecture for you to transfer business across. The business are advocates of a DFM approach and work closely with a panel of industry leading DFMs, with whom they have negotiated terms and fees. Therefore, this suits Advisers who utilise DFMs / MPS. You can go off panel if desired.
