We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Consultant with significant hands-on experience in Azure to join our team for a critical project. The role involves working on complex, cloud-native transformations and supporting the implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable CI/CD pipelines. You will be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with Developers, Testers, and Architects to enhance platform security, efficiency, and delivery cadence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and delivery of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, applying configuration-as-code principles.
* Provide expert knowledge on Azure platform services, with a focus on optimizing infrastructure provisioning through Bicep.
* Implement and maintain best practices for Azure DevSecOps, supporting eCommerce and web platform transformations.
* Drive collaboration between Developers and Testers to "shift-left" testing automation, improving overall system reliability.
* Work closely with Site Reliability Engineers to design scalable and secure cloud architectures.
* Align with platform architects and security architects to ensure the appropriate security policies and configurations are in place.
* Create and maintain CI/CD documentation for technical discussions and workshops.
* Mentor and develop both onshore and offshore team members.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of recent, hands-on experience with Azure, including knowledge of the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
* Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code, particularly using Bicep.
* Azure certification at the associate level or above.
* Experience in automating monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Microsoft Sentinel, and ServiceNow.
* Familiarity with a range of Azure services, such as Azure Application Gateway, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Event Hubs, Databricks, and Virtual Machines.
* Ability to identify and address issues within the CI/CD pipelines, collaborating effectively with developers to resolve problems.
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools (JMeter, BrowserStack, Eggplant).
