I’m supporting a global business as they embark on deploying one of their IoT products in to the UK Utilities (mainly water) market.
They are at the forefront of AMR/AMI/Smart Meter technology and have developed a product that allows meter reading to seamlessly track through to billing, using their Data as a Service (DaaS) platform.
The software platform that uses advanced sensor technology to measure a variety of environmental data.
The AM will focus on managing complex stakeholders and being and managing high-value clients.
You’ll be fully responsible for the creation, delivery, and ongoing management of these multi-faceted contracts, which combine IoT, data services, and customer support.
You’ll be the main point of contact for client engagement, ensuring that SLAs are monitored and that relevant support of the DaaS product is given.You’ll be tasked with the up sell of broader solutions too.
The role would suit someone from an account management or customer success background, with solid AMR/AMI/Smart Meters experience.
Exposure to Utilities industry (water ideally) would be a great fit.
The role will be home based.
The team meet in the North West every 6 weeks or so, and there’ll be travel to client site twice (or so) a week.
The role is paying £60,000 (could stretch to £65k) with some brilliant benefits.
