This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with at least 6 months of experience in residential conveyancing who is looking to develop their career within a well-established practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling post-completion requirements, including HMLR registrations and requisitions
2. Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
3. Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and borrowers to facilitate smooth transactions
4. Requesting redemption figures
5. Assisting in the preparation of sale contract packs
6. Supporting the Head of Department in maintaining lender panel status
7. Assisting in reporting to clients and preparing contracts for signature
8. Submitting property searches and ensuring all documentation is in order
Requirements:
1. At least 6 months of experience in residential conveyancing
2. Highly organised, with excellent communication skills
3. A strong team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment
