Revenue Supervisor As part of our exciting service transformation, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and ambitious Revenues and Benefits professional to join us in a new position of Revenue and Benefits Team Leader. PSPS delivers Revenues and Benefits services to around 150,000 Council Tax, and 25,000 Benefit customers on behalf of our three client councils. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Revenues and Benefits, initially you will lead on the transfer and integration of the Customer Engagement team and function into the Revenues and Benefits service. Using your leadership skills and your extensive Revenues and Benefits technical knowledge and experience, you will lead and develop a high-performing team which puts the customer at the heart of the service, with first time resolution, and demand reduction being key objectives. As a leader in our organisation, you will work collaboratively as part of the Revenues and Benefits Management Team, contributing to the direction and transformation of the service, and our ‘one team’ culture.
