Job Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with customers, process supplier back-order reports, and maintain databases. Key responsibilities include:
* Engage in customer interaction to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
* Process weekly supplier back-order reports to ensure timely resolution.
* Assist with administrative work, such as maintaining paperwork and correspondence.
* Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate information.
