Are you a passionate and innovative Design & Technology (DT) Teacher looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real impact? Maybe you feel like you’ve become too comfortable in your current role and looking for a new challenge? Long-Term Teachers have the opportunity for you!

The role:
We are seeking a dedicated DT Teacher to inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Key responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging and practical DT lessons tailored to students with SEMH and SEND
* Foster strong relationships to provide high-quality, individualised learning opportunities
* Plan and deliver dynamic, hands-on projects in areas such as resistant materials, graphics, engineering, or product design
* Ensure students are supported in both their learning and personal development, promoting confidence and independence
* Contribute to the school’s evolving curriculum and take an active role in curriculum planning
What we’re looking for:
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a specialism in Design & Technology
* Experience or a strong interest in working with students with SEMH and SEND
* Creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to make learning engaging
* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching in a 1:1 setting
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (travel between learning centres may be required, with mileage allowance provided)
* Supportive and experienced team with excellent training and career development opportunities
* Open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with a structured ECT support programme in place
* A unique opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of students with additional needs
