Facilities Coordinator - 14 months contract - up to £218 per day
Location: Hounslow/Hybrid (50/50 split over 2 weeks)
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Facilities Coordinator to provide operational support to our clients Building and Facilities Manager (B&F). In this key role, you'll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, coordinate essential facilities services, and deliver an outstanding experience for the team, customers, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Health & Safety Management: Oversee the training, administration, and communication for Fire Safety Officers and First Aiders. Participate in the Fire Evacuation Response Team.
2. FM Service Coordination: Work closely with CBRE, our onsite FM provider, to ensure seamless delivery of all hard and soft services, including HVAC, pest control, cleaning, landscaping, and security.
3. Security & Cleaning Oversight: Monitor the performance of security and cleaning teams, including participating in monthly appraisals and audits.
4. ISO27001 Compliance: Assist the B&F Manager in maintaining security standards and processes, including CCTV management and access control.
5. Ergonomic Support: Coordinate Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments and provide ergonomic solutions for office and home workers.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. 5+ years experience working in a similar role
2. Relevant educational qualifications and Health & Safety certifications.
3. Strong administrative experience, with knowledge of H&S legislation and building services.
4. Background in customer service, security, and access control systems.
5. Experience working in corporate office environments, with a solid understanding of FM budgets and finance processes.
