Role Overview:
The MarTech Activation Lead for Northern Europe ensures our Priority Brand-Market Combinations (PBMCs) maximize value from our platform and product capabilities, driving mental and physical availability, and delivering excellent consumer and HCP experiences. This involves understanding market-specific needs, promoting technology product adoption, and fostering strong relationships to enhance user satisfaction and retention across our global MarTech capabilities, including brand websites on Digital Experience Platform (DxP), CRM, MRM, DAM, PIM, CDP, and Digital Health products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Stakeholder Management: Support the global MarTech capability lead, build and maintain relationships, act as the primary contact for end-users, and address their needs related to technology utilization.
2. Product Adoption and Usage: Drive adoption of MarTech products, lead training sessions, monitor usage data, and develop engagement strategies.
3. Project Management: Prioritize demand requests, support requirement gathering, and manage high-priority projects, coordinating teams and tracking progress.
4. Expanding and Scaling: Collaborate with product teams to scale solutions, reduce churn, and increase impact.
5. Feedback and Improvement: Collect user feedback, collaborate on product enhancements, and prioritize user-driven improvements.
6. User Onboarding and Training: Develop onboarding programs, adapt training materials for local relevance, and provide ongoing support.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on usage and metrics, and use data to inform decisions.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 6-8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or agency environments.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related fields.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with MarTech products and data analysis tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, CMS, etc.
