Our client, a national leader in the fashion retail sector, is looking for a Fashion Administrator to join their team in Carlisle. Reporting to the accounts team, you will play a crucial role within the business, supporting all retail stores nationwide.

Job Purpose
The primary function of this role is to provide analytical support to the Fashion Merchandising Department to ensure correct stock ranging across all store formats and drive increased sales and profitability. This role involves a lot of numbers and would suit someone highly proficient in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Reporting and Provision of Analysis
2. Conduit between Head Office and Retail Operations for stock and ranging purposes
3. Assist with the Space Planning process – helping to ensure that each store receives the best mix of product to maximize sales, drive increased returns, increase sell through and potentialize opportunities.
4. Monitor and propose stock movement within the business
5. Analysis of store performance in order to identify key areas to drive sales and margin.
6. Assist in the planning of new stores.
Requirements
1. Strong numerical and analytical skills
2. Highly proficient with Microsoft platforms, in particular, Excel and Word.
3. Good people skills & excellent communicator
4. Demonstrates initiative and ability to work to deadlines
5. Adaptable and able to work within a varied role
6. Proficiency in Excel
