We are currently recruiting for a Telemarketing Executives, to join a successful and well-established business based near Solihull As a Telemarketing Executive you will be: Carrying out surveys with clients to check their eligibility for grants Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone (mostly outbound) To record and update information accurately Making outbound calls to new and existing customers advising of services offered. Booking appointments. The ideal Telesales Executive candidate would have: Confident communication skills and telephone manor Can work to deadlines and handle pressure Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character Able to work on their own as well as part of a team Experience booking appointments with clients and customers over the phone.
