They are a dynamic, creative team with a passion for bringing life to unique concepts for their clients Working with an array of leading clients, you will be joining an expert team with a refreshing and innovative creative outlook that delivers stand out events. The Role As Event Administrator you will be assisting and supporting the events team with the planning and execution of events from conception through to completion. You will become a core member of their team and have the opportunity to grow and develop Duties will include: Planning and organisation of virtual and live events Booking travel & accommodation Providing administrative support and query management to clients Managing delegates and speakers Liaise with both internal and external suppliers/customers Crew logistics Managing delegate registration Updating and maintaining event documentation and admin Liaising with venues regarding finer details Onsite event support The Candidate The ideal candidate will have some understanding or experience of working within an event administration/coordinator position. This role will suit someone who can pick things up quickly and is eager to learn and develop new skills. Someone with strong organisational and administrative experience is essential for this role. In return, you will be joining a fantastic organisation who deliver some truly exceptional events Due to the location of this company's offices, you are not able to access it via public transport.
