Following the recent launch of our new iTrent/Payroll system, we are now recruiting for a permanent HR Systems Coordinator to work with our HR Systems and Data Manager on ongoing maintenance and further development of the University’s use of the system.
This vital role will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our HR system. Responding to queries from end users and troubleshooting issues, you will need to be extremely customer-focused to ensure our colleagues are using our HR systems in the most effective way possible, and that the data we hold is accurate and safe. We are ideally looking for someone who has a high attention to detail and who is looking for an opportunity to build on their existing IT skills around data reporting. Previous experience of working in an HR department is also required, although it does not need to be extensive as long as there is a keenness to learn and further develop relevant skills and knowledge in this area.
A HR system plays such an integral role in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, whilst also providing valuable insights and driving strategic decisions for the business.
