We are looking to appoint two motivated, dynamic, and business-focused individuals. The postholder will develop and supply customer and client information relative to financial profiles, supplier accounts, and performance information.
You will develop an understanding of the day-to-day operation of the repairs services and provide system administration and support to enable the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused service.
Experience of delivering services in a high-volume transactional environment, working with internal and external partners, and managing demanding customer relationships while delivering and managing a wide range of customer service and advice services activity is essential.
You must have local government experience as well as communication, customer service, numeracy, influencing, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
You will also possess ICT skills including Microsoft Office, with an ability to manage diverse workloads and meet deadlines.
Experience supervising and directing clerical support staff and experience of using repairs/planning system(s) is desirable but not essential.
