This role sits within a busy service desk team, providing vital support to clients and internal teams. This position will initially be for three months, with the potential to extend to six or nine months depending on business needs. Logging service requests accurately, ensuring fault details are clearly recorded. Monitoring and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Preparing and issuing quotes to customers for parts and labour. Generating and distributing daily reports to key clients. Coordinating customer collections and managing logistics. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Liaising with external subcontractors, obtaining quotes, and ensuring services are delivered on time. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
