Up to £36,500Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to lead a specialist residential centre that provides rehabilitation services, supporting a small number of service users with brain injuries. In this collaborative environment, you
will work with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support workers, to help residents address their cognitive, behavioural, physical, and emotional challenges and achieve their personal goals.As the Registered Manager, you will ensure the highest quality standards of treatment and care while inspiring and developing your team. You will also play a crucial role in managing the service's growth and effectively marketing it. Registered Manager:
Must hold Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Proven Experience:
A strong record of managing high-quality residential or rehabilitation services. Person-Centred Approach:

Experience in managing budgets and financial systems effectively. Leadership Skills:

Service Management:
Oversee all aspects of the rehabilitation service, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support to residents. Care Coordination:
Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and support staff to create individualized rehabilitation plans. Budget Management:
Manage budgets and financial systems to ensure the service operates efficiently and sustainably. Quality Improvement:
Implement and monitor care plans and interventions, ensuring a person-centred approach to support independence-building. Stakeholder Engagement:
