Identify and develop new and existing customer sources to develop successful referring relationships.
Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.
Achieve revenue goals.
Maintain good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
Assist the sales team in all administration duties.
Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
Develop goals for the development team and business growth, ensuring they are met.
Adapt to management requests to assist in other areas of the business.
Potential to visit customers, both new and existing.
