The role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding and successful Estate Agency team in Knightsbridge covering Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair & Chelsea (with opportunities to transact network wide). This opportunity would suit a self-starting, highly motivated individual seeking a career changing opportunity. This role offers career progression and a chance to excel at the top end of the property industry. Working within a multi-disciplinary flagship office.
Responsibilities
1. Accompany viewings with applicants whilst building rapport to maximise opportunities
2. Deal with telephone and email enquiries from applicants and landlords
3. Register enquiries and arrange appointments for both applicants and new landlord stock opportunities
4. Negotiate lettings pro-actively and concisely
5. Generate a targeted number of viewings per week
6. Deal with tenancy progression to ensure smooth transactions
7. Maintain a clear understanding of current legislation
8. Function well within a team environment to maximise opportunities for the team, office and wider business
9. Engage with and actively seek new client opportunities
10. Sell all company services strongly and ethically to generate new and repeat business
11. Demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
12. Develop relationships and work closely with clients through meetings to secure future instructions/business
13. Offer a first-class level of customer service at all times
14. Proficient use of company systems and databases for cross referral opportunities

Experience
1. Proven track record of working in PCL
2. Proficient in the use of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
3. Previous experience of working to deadlines
