Based in our Bridgend or Swansea office
Monday to Friday
9am to 5.30pm (but could be flexible an hour either side of this)
Responsibilities:
1. Planning projects that have been received from the sales team
2. Facilitating and holding initial kick-off meetings with sales, engineering, and the customer
3. Ordering services from suppliers
4. Ordering hardware from suppliers
5. Placing provisioning orders for things such as broadband, hosted telephony, and mobiles
6. Placing and managing number ports
7. Scheduling engineers to attend site for installation and training
8. Consistently updating customers on the progress of their orders
9. Booking in stock and managing stock
10. Providing documentation and a clear handover to both the client and the support teams
11. Responsible for giving a first-class service at all times
