The Role:
Reporting directly to our Customer Service Manager, you’ll be part of a young, friendly team of four, working together to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
* Processing and inputting orders accurately and efficiently.
* Coordinating deliveries with internal teams and logistics partners.
* Maintaining clear, proactive communication with customers throughout the process.
The Candidate:
They’re seeking a motivated individual with:
* Previous experience in a similar customer-focused role.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
* A proactive attitude and strong organisational skills.
The Package:
* Competitive salary, up to £27,000pa DOE.
* Monday-Friday, with flexible working hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.
