We are a long established property development and investment group based in Chester. We focus on the aparthotel and specialised supported housing sectors in the North West of England. Our clients and investors are primarily based overseas and we provide them with a comprehensive, trouble-free service encompassing all aspects of investing in these sectors.
As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Admin / Communications Manager to join our team. This is an office-based position, with no flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a proven track record in managing communications across various platforms. Working as part of a small team, the duties will include, but not be limited to:
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with organisational goals.
* Identifying and contacting offshore investment groups.
* Create engaging content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
* Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, brokers, and agents.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as necessary to improve engagement.
* Perform a variety of administrative and research-based tasks.
Skills
* Proven experience in a senior role within administration, public relations or communications management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
* Ability and acumen to research and compile data for the aparthotel and specialised supported housing sectors.
