Job Description – Internal Sales Executive Location: Falkirk Sector: Industrial Maintenance, MRO Solutions The Role: As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be right at the heart of the action, helping us support our customers and drive our company’s strategy forward. This role is all about ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and providing ongoing support and advice to maintain the highest service levels. What will you be doing? ·Develop a thorough understanding of our customers needs and our extensive range of products and service. ·Build strong relationships with clients and keep the communication flowing smoothly. ·Support our goals for contract KPI’s, helping us maintain a high standard across all areas of service. ·Develop a strong pipeline to drive business development working in partnership with the external sales team. ·Solve any challenges that arise with a proactive approach. ·Generating appointments for the external sales team on new business opportunities ·To maximise the use of CRM system by ensuring that the database is current and accurate up to a pre-agreed level on accounts Key Stakeholders ·Area Directors ·Regional Account Managers ·Key Account teams ·Rubix Branch Network ·Suppliers ·Customers The Ideal Candidate: ·Proven track record in telesales ·Skilled in customer satisfaction and service excellence ·Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills ·Able to solve problems efficiently and confidently. ·Experience in industrial sales or customer service is a plus. ·Organised, adaptable, and a great team player.
