Job Summary
Swift Placements are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Office Administrator to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first class administrative service and support within the sales department covering all of our clients branches.
Duties
* Processing and analysing of sales data, providing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
* Using supplier portals to support the business needs.
* Booking accommodation and supporting with arranging travel arrangements.
* Arranging training and booking courses for employees to meet company requirements.
* Assist in analysing sales data alongside mapping progress to provide the business with sales performance and true potential data.
* Gaining understanding to support in all areas in the sales processes.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an sales office administration role.
* Ability to learn quickly and take responsibility.
* Accuracy with numbers.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Have a flexible and approachable manner
* Ability to adhere to deadlines and company guidelines.
* Computer literacy is a must, with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
