How You Spend Your Eight Hours
* Provide accurate and realtime orderstatus and installationupdates
* Identify and reportorders hittingroadblocks
* Understandthirdparty carrier systems andprocesses
* Manage internalcustomer relationship management (CRM) updates and associatedtasks
* Coordinate withvarious levels of sales operations and carrier crossfunctionalgroups
* Review contracts andvalidate services to ensureaccuracy
* Notify carriers iforder updates do not come in ontime
* Consistently meetorganizational scorecard productivity and qualitymetrics
* Serve as a team leador subjectmatter expert forcolleagues
* Guide teammembers on matters of process and organizational compliance
* Proactively identifyopportunities for procedural improvement and recommendsolutions
* Develop standardsprocesses and procedures for theteam
* Act as a single pointof contact for the order managementlifecycle
* Understandconstruction dependencies including structured cabling and right ofentry
* Study data servicesand solutions including dynamic routing static routing andtopology
* Understand voiceservices including hosted private branch exchange(PBX)
* Exercise independentjudgment and discretion whenevernecessary
* Help resolvesystemic process gaps andissues
* Implement appropriatequality assurance mechanisms
What You Must Possess
* Bachelors degree in an equivalentfield of study or certification (combination of both a plus)
* 1 to 2 years of relatedexperience
* Ability tobalance competing priorities
