A successful, boutique events business is looking for a savvy and dynamic PA to come in and support the Co-founder and wider team. Based in trendy offices, the team culture benefits from an in-house bar, football table and most importantly, a lovely sociable team. With 20 people total in the London office, the company is small but powerful. We are looking for a PA that can really support the companys growth.
Primary Duties
* Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
* Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
* Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
* Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
* Implementing and maintaining procedures, initiatives and administrative systems
* Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and clients
* Preparing Client Management Information
* Preparing Internal Management Information Reports
* Creating and updating company marketing/sales collateral
* Support with targeted and seasonal proactive sales initiatives and projects
* Client Event planning - Client Familiarisation Events; liaising with venues, issuing invites, RSVP’s, gift bags, finalising menus and management of the guest list.
This business works predominantly with well-known, blue-chip businesses based in Mayfair and The City, so they are looking for a PA that has excellent attention to detail and relationship building skills. Additionally, we need someone that is very tech savvy and has intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.).
Please note, this role is based in the office 5 days per week.
