What's on offer: Basic salary up to £50,000 (dependent on experience) Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £80,000 Company car and home-based flexibility A role with real autonomy, clear progression potential, and the chance to be part of a growing national sales team Access to an innovative platform, industry-leading tech, and award-winning support from HQ Your role as Area Sales Manager: Take full ownership of the North East territory, managing a blend of new business and existing partner relationships Actively acquire new motor dealer partners, representing the Car Finance 247 proposition with clarity and confidence Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless partner onboarding and delivery Work closely with your dedicated Relationship Manager to increase penetration, revenue, and lead volumes Provide regular reporting, maintain an active pipeline via our CRM, and contribute to forecasting and strategic regional plans Attend quarterly meetings at our Manchester HQ to align on goals and share best practice About You What we're looking for: Proven field sales experience, ideally within the automotive or motor finance industry A track record of exceeding sales targets and growing a defined territory Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, account development, and dealer relationships Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of managing a field-based role with autonomy Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and performance reporting A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunity and deliver measurable results About Us Why Car Finance 247?
